The flavours below do not require refrigeration and are mostly suitable for finger (coffee) slices:

Traditional Dark Fruit Cake - A moist and easy to slice cake that you can keep for your first anniversary (must be frozen).
Mud Cakes - Chocolate, White Chocolate, Caramel, Marble, Banana, Orange Poppy Seed, Caramel/Chocolate Swirl, Hazelnut Chocolate, Passionfruit, Cherry Delight, Mango and Coconut. White/raspberry, Rich and moist cakes great for dessert or coffee.
Butter Cake - A light and easy to cut cake, msot suitable for children's cakes.
Carrot Cake - A very moist and easy to slice cake.

The flavours below are best refrigerated and are not suitable as finger slices:

Hazelnut Torte - A light vanilla cake with Grand Marnier liquer, jam and hazelnut cream.
Continental Italian Torte - A light vanilla cake with the richness of GrandMarnier, a layer of vanilla, chocolate custard and fresh cream.
Blackforest Cake - A rich chocolate cake flavoured with cherry liqueur and layers of sour cherries and fresh cream.
Rum Torte - A light chocolate cake with rum liqueur, jam and chocolate cream.
Grand Marnier Cake - A light vanilla cake with a layer of smooth vanilla custard, mandarin pieces, Grand Marnier Liqueur and fresh cream.
Tiramisu - Vanilla cake with coffee flavoured cream custard and Tia Maria liqueur.
