Our daughter's 21^st birthday party was on Saturday and the cupcake tier with the gold cup cases was so elegant and beautifully made.

The white mud used for the cupcakes and the marble for the top cake were so moist.

Tom's 50th Harley Cake,

I firstly came across Celebration Cakes purely by accident whilst in the process of trying to find a novelty cake-making place to get a cake made up for my partner's 50th birthday. Looking through the web site I was really impressed by the high standard of workmanship that went into the cakes to create a unique end product, but needed to see it in person.

At your premises in Canterbury I was approached and looked after in a very professional and courteous manner and got to sample some of the different types of cakes you make - all were delicious! I saw many gorgeous examples of the quality and standard of work that you produce in the display windows - they all were amazing!

After presenting photos I had brought along of my partner's Harley Davidson bike, I asked if it was possible to recreate it in the form of a novelty cake using the photos as a guide (I showed them several different angles of the bike). I was happily surprised when I was told that it could be done - no problem! I honestly thought it was going to be way too difficult!

Although the pricing also flabbergasted me (I'd never had paid that much for a caked before!), I did have trust and confidence in the ability of the cake makers, after seeing the level of work that had already been created by them. So I paid my deposit and went away.

Over the course of the next 7 weeks I was busy meticulously preparing and organising everything for the party so that it would all go off perfectly. The only thing I kept worrying about was the cake and if it was going to turn out to look anything like the one in the photos I had left behind.

When the party day finally arrived, I had the loveliest gentleman delivery it to our home (Ray?). As it was so large, he did struggle with the weight of it as he carried it into the house. When I finally laid my eyes on it, I was absolutely speechless ....I could not believe my eyes. The cake had turned out to be a million times better than I had ever imagined or envisaged it to be. The amount of creativity, attention to even the tiniest detail and proportion that went into creating it was absolutely phenomenal! It even looked real - like a toy version of the real thing! I was so ecstatic about it that I felt like hugging the delivery man (I gave him a beer instead)!

I want to pass on my most sincerest congratulations to Celebration Cakes, in particular the person with the most amazing talent who created this cake for my partner Tom. I cant thank you enough for the beautiful creation you came up with. Not only was Tom blown away by the cake, but so were the other 60 guests that attended the party! Everyone was totally in awe and amazed by your creation, talent and effort in creating such a beautiful life-like replica of my Tom's Harley.

I can guarantee you, that you have gotten at least 4 jobs from the guests that attended my party - they wanted all your details, which I gave them of course, and just couldn't stop staring at the cake and all its wonderful detail! It was almost a shame to cut it up, but when we did, we were pleasantly surprised once again by the amazing taste of the flavour we had chosen - choc raspberry - absolutely delicious and moist, and everyone agreed!

I am so very happy that I came across your web site on the internet, even if it was by accident. The Harley cake you made for Tom blew him away and he still talking about it 1 week later, as are some of the guests! It was worth every cent I paid and I am so glad I placed my trust in Celebration Cakes to make this cake, cause you guys more than delivered a true work of art. THANK YOU!!!

What can I say.. what an incredible piece of artwork you provided us with on Saturday.

Never before have I seen such an amazing amazing cake. all it needed was a motor and it could have gone into the next years race circuit.

Dear Mary and All Staff,

My wedding was on 5th September 2009 at the Chinese Gardens of friendship. The cake delivery was switched in the week before the wedding from Captain Cook Cruises (Aussie Legend ) due to a a change of plan because of my father`s passing.

My husband and I want to express our appreciation for your efficiency and wonderful work. all went without a hitch. The cake was stunning beyond expectation. It was a pink bag on top of a purple case with frangipanis.

Anyway it was an eye-popping exciting centrepiece element of the wedding. People had second and third helpings , pretty much allaying any concern of ours that there would be a lot leftover.

Hi,

You made and delivered a cake for our wedding last Saturday at the St George Motorboat Club, and I would just like to pass on our thanks as the cake was excellent.
Many people commented on how good it looked and the figurines marked a strong resemblance to ourselves which gave everybody present a big kick.

I just have a question in relation to storing the top tier of the cake. It was a mango and coconut cake and we ate the bottom tier.
We are now left with the top tier and would like to know, what is the best way of preserving this, can we freeze it or can we leave it in a cake tin? What would you recommend to best preserve the cake?

I had actually expected the figures of the animals to be of a more cartoon-like nature, like the "jungle" animals you had on display; but it was a delight to find the animals and their photographed poses so faithfully reproduced.

I would like to thank you all on the wonderful job that you had done on our wedding cake on the 27th January 2007. I received a lot of compliments about the cake, I only recently received photos... as i have attached some for you.

I was amazed and stunned how amazing the cake looked, and tasted WOW!!! I again would like to thank you all for the hard work and effort that was put towards it...

8 years ago when my husband and I ordered our wedding cake from you, we were blown away by the craftsmanship and the amazing taste and we have been coming back ever since for christening cakes and birthday cakes.

8 years down the track, nothing has changed. The cake you produced for my son Ellis's christening on the 11th March 2007, was an absolute masterpiece. It was exactly as we discussed and tasted sensational.

We received so many comments and enquiries from our guests, including the staff at Zippo's restaurant about who made the cake. They had never seen anything like it. We realise the time and effort that must have been put in to create what we thought was art and we greatly appreciate it. It was such a shame to then cut up!

Thank you once again, and we'll be back for Eliis's and Geromie's birthday cakes very soon, and we promise that they won't be such detailed cakes to make!

Can you please quote me on a cake for my sons christening.

I was after a Marble Mud Cake for 50 guests being of coffee size. I want a square base and on top of that a large rattle if you have a real one. I want the name to be written on squares F R A N C E S C O along the front of the cake and would also love a cross coming out of the top of the cake.

We have done many cakes with you including my daughters christening butterfly cake - Alannah, my Chanel Cake - Carol, My husbands Cigar and playing card cake, Michael and my daughters two birthday cakes, one was Minnie mouse and one was a clown theme. A job well done!

I must congratulate the fine crafts people who made and decorated my daughters christening cake.

Being an Art teacher i was quite descriptive in the work and detail that was to go onto the cake. I gave the cake store a photo of a French antique frame i had bought overseas and this was the finish that was to go onto the cake.

The cake was a jewellery box design which had an antique finish with French scrolls and gems carefully placed on it. A string of fine pearls unravelled from the centre of the pillowed effect which surrounded the fairy in the centre. Her name PARIS was on the front in silver balls.

All guests commented and i quickly referred to your store.

So thank you again for making such a beautifully crafted artwork, you definitely spoiled us with your talents....
